Sandy Hardy
Administrator
Sandy has been with the Property Owners’ Association since 2013, following a career in real estate in the Cashiers area. Sandy moved to the mountains full time in 1979 and was part of the original group, led by William McKee, which conceptualized Wade Hampton. Sandy and her husband Joe live in Mountain Rest, South Carolina, and have 4 grown children.

Steve Christy
Head of Security
Steve became known to Wade Hampton members when in the early 2000’s he and his dad Bill Christy installed Cable TV and then the original internet service to the Wade Hampton Golf Club community. Steve and his wife Debbie live in Cashiers and have 2 children and 3 grandchildren. |

Jane Carter
Full-Time Security Staff
Jane comes to Wade Hampton continuing a 15- year career in Security. She and her husband Ronnie reside in Rabun Gap, Georgia. |

Nate Leonard
Property Superintendent
Nate Leonard relocated to the mountains of North Carolina from Colorado 5 years ago. His background is in landscaping and machinery. Nate lives in Glenville and enjoys spending time in his boat on the lake. |

Andy Stuman
Part-time Security Staff
Before semi-retiring to Franklin, North Carolina with his wife and dog, Andy worked as a data analyst for over 30 years in the Charlotte area. He has a small web design business and enjoys building fast computers and race car simulators. |

Phillip Stafford
Part-time Security Staff
Phillip is a 5-year veteran of the Armed Services, having served in the Army in the middle east. He and his wife, a registered RN who works at the hospital in Sylva, live with their children in Tuckasegee. |
