The undersigned owner of the Lot(s) in Wade Hampton Golf Club, Cashiers, North Carolina, listed on this form, hereby constitutes and appoints Alfred F. Ritter, or the optional “Proxy Appointee” listed below as proxy with full power of substitution to act and vote on behalf of the undersigned at the Annual Meeting of the Members of the Wade Hampton Property Owners’ Association, Inc. (the “POA”) to be held at 3:00 PM, Eastern Daylight Time, Thursday, August 22^nd, 2024, at the Wade Hampton Golf Club Clubhouse, and at any adjournment thereof, as fully as the undersigned would be entitled to act and vote if personally present.
